To drag & drop means to move an item with your mouse and place it where it needs to be. You first left-click on an item, but hold down the mouse-button. Then you drag the mouse to where the item needs to be, and then let go of the mouse-button. Practice dragging the icons below to their boxes; you'll see a green tick once you've done each correctly.
