Suggested Time for Task 4: 25 minutes

You need to update a spreadsheet showing start up costs for the new business.

Save a copy of the file in the Section 1 subfolder you created.

a) Merge and centre the heading New Business Predicted Start Up Costs across columns A to D. (1 mark)

b) Delete the row for 3rd Party Insurance. (1 mark)

c) Change the Price Per Unit for Advertising to 150. (1 mark)

d) Use a formula to calculate the Total for the first item row, Wood for Signs. (1 mark)

Total is Quantity multiplied by Price Per Unit

e) Replicate the formula for all the other item rows. (1 mark)

f) Format all relevant columns to £ and 2 decimal places. (1 mark)

g) Sort all of the data by ascending order of Total. (2 marks)

h) Rename Sheet 1 of the spreadsheet to Costs. (1 mark)
